Our Policy: No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final.

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, and for hygiene, safety, and quality assurance reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds once products have been sold and shipped.

Why We Follow This Policy

Customer safety and product integrity are extremely important to us.

Once a product leaves our facility, we cannot verify how it has been handled, stored, or whether it has been opened or tampered with. To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, all delivered products are treated as final sale items.

This policy helps us ensure that every customer receives fresh, safe, and unused products from QUTA (Tree Wood Organic).

Exceptions: Damaged or Incorrect Products

We understand that shipping issues can occasionally happen. If there is an issue caused by our side, we will gladly assist with a replacement.

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery and contact us if:

  • The product received is damaged during transit

  • You received the wrong product/item

Replacement Eligibility

To qualify for a replacement:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery confirmation

  • Your request must include:

    • Full name

    • Order number

    • Clear photos/videos showing:

      • The damaged or incorrect product

      • The outer packaging and shipping label

If your request is approved, we will provide a replacement for the affected item at no additional cost.

Replacement Timeline

  • Replacement approval process: within 7–10 business days

  • Delivery timeline for replacement product: up to 30 days, depending on product availability and courier service.

Please note:

  • We do not provide monetary refunds in such cases

  • Only replacements will be issued for approved claims

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our support team as soon as possible with your order details.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, recalled, or refunded.

Sale & Promotional Items

Products purchased during sales, discounts, promotional offers, or using coupon codes are also considered final sale items and are covered under this same no-return and no-refund policy.
